Sinclair chanter, post-2000

This blackwood Sinclair chanter is in superb shape. The holes are uncarved, and the stick remains gun-barrel straight.  The pitch of the chanter came in at 478-480 with a Chesney reed out of the box. The notes were true. The age of the chanter is indeterminate, but the pitch suggests it is less than 20 years old. There is a small vertical scratch below the tone holes.
